tired all the time

I'm always very tired but more now then usually bc I have been extremely sick the past 2 days. I threw up so much even though I have barely been eating this past week. I had chest pain, couldn't breathe and vomit even came out of my nose which has never happened to me before. On top of all that I noticed my eye sight has been getting worse and things I used to be able to see I can't anymore.
Now I'm extremely tired I basically slept all day, could barely walk, and I was thinking about how upset I am that I don't have anyone to take care of me. I would love to be married or have a friend who would hold me when I'm at my lowest when im panicking. Instead I suffer alone. I put on a livestream I like watching, and that's the only thing keeping me from being here alone in my bed listening to nothing but the sound of my air conditioner and fan.
