I fucked up

I did something bad that is imploding my life. I regret it so deeply. I cant go back and fix it but i dont know how to get through this. I have nobody. All my family is in a different state. I have nobody. I just want to disappear so badly. Posting this because i have nobody to talk to and i just want to be heard. I have absolutely fucking nobody right now. I just want to die
