I am glad i finally found a way , i tested it and it works like heaven... its the CO method bur without any of the hard parts... i put some coals on a stove , heated them.up until red hot and then set them on a mesh , i took that mesh and put it inside a blanket and going under it too , i sealed all the corners of the blanket and it works..it works a bit slowly yhan the traditional method it does why is is so peaceful and painless? , well i turned on the air conditioner and set it to the coldest temp , then under the blanket the warm coal radiating heat was soooo cozy..... and that also prevented any risks of ignition fires due to the constant air conditioning....while building up CO inside. Welcome you into a warm cozy peaceful death in a cold freezing environment.

I'm so glad you have found a peaceful method that doesn't pain you, and it also sounds so cozy too! Like you just go to sleep in cozy little blanket shielding you from the cold outside. Sounds not only safe, but fun! I'm honestly kinda jealous.

How do you not get burned or start a fire?

Start burning the coals on a gas stove or fire , until they turn red hot and all the sparks coming from them initially dissappears , you are ready take them in a grill mesh and if ur using a bed put a plate , place the mesh with the red hot coals above it , turn on the air conditioner or wet your bed sheets part which will be directly above the coals, and you're good to go

Do you have any specifics for this method? I'm super curious

It sounds well thought out and I'm relieved for you. I think it may just be worth testing having the wet or damp blanket fabric lay directly over the coals. Presumably while you are conscious, you are keeping it off them. I still worry it may end up causing a fire. Also, if you are leaning directly over the coals, you may pass out onto them which I would think may wake you up or worse- set you on fire also. Sorry- not meaning to make things worse for you, just worrying about the possibilities.

no , you are totally right , hence im using some fail safes to prevent that 👍

Definitely make sure that fire won't start! Double, triple, quadruple check! Wishing you safety!

Fail safe as in ? In case you have lost consciousness, you can do nothing...just a thought...
There will be a covering around the mesh which will prevent me from touching the hot coal , the blankets top will be located high enough with the help of clip and hook supports that even if it does heat it will heat very slowly along with being already wet , i can simply place a top cover with enough space to let the CO come outside along with the top covering ( metal ) absorbing the heat preventing it from reaching the blanket in any way

Thanks. Although I am unable to picturize this , I shall advice against it. If it were this easy , others would have discovered it long ago. Rest I shall leave it to the CO experts in this forum to review this method and give their feedback.

Are you not worried that it won't burn long enough to remove oxygen from your tissue for a sustained period of time ?
Have you tested the amount of ppm?

I'm only asking because I'd do it as well if I was sure I would not go blind and lose my limbs from partial coal burning and incomplete oxygen removal from tissues.

Yet to test the amount of , might use a hybrid coal burner to avoid the burning issue

well lets see how this goes out , i will get a small grill and test the ppm with a tester it will take me some time to aquire and do the tests though

Wdym by specifics? Materials or the things that asre necessary to do in this method?
Yes cause I'm confused by how it works- what sort of mesh, coals, etc? What's the full setup like?

Normal coals i was thinking abt using a metal mesh but might use a mini electric grill still working on the method

Would you by chance be planning to make a thread or something on it?
Could be useful to people here since SN can be a pain to find and other methods are difficult to even attempt. Plus, these sort of topics are super interesting to me just as a fascination kind of thing lmao
