It still amazes me how unique and thought provoking that movie was. So many philosophical quotes and deep thoughts. What are your thoughts about it?

I like the nihilistic aspects of it. When you focus on those, the whole message can become quite liberating. The general image of humanity it portrays (not far from reality) can be a bit depressing.

Also the Chinese have a monopoly on pandas. All pandas are leased and their offspring have to be returned to China. There's a couple that are an exception but they will die soon and they're too old to give birth. Back to fight club and putting bullets between the eyes of ever panda... :P

Fight club might be open to many interpretations but that's the most foolish one I've heard.

It's almost amazing that that film got actually made in a Hollywoodian context. It goes so much against all the norms of society and the necessary "feel happy" mandate of Hollywood
