Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I feel so tempted right now. Fuck them all. This beautiful Christmas seems not so beautiful if they find me hanging from the celling.
What a selfish thought.

Without validating your idea for CTB so that others find you, thereby ruining their Christmas, I will say that only you know your situation right now and what is right for you. I'd never do that, but my situation, most likely, is not yours. All I can say is, at least, do a little more thinking to make sure that's what you really want to do. CTB is a really personal decision to start with. Coupling CTB along with spite takes it another level. The choice is yours, though. The choice should always be yours.

I've thought about it too. Imagine the screaming, the wailing, the shock, the 911 call....after they find you. The desperation, the helplessness. The sombre silence when 'they' come to remove your body, and the forever-changed atmosphere for as many Christmases 'they' have left. It's definitely a statement. And by the way -- it's not selfish. You have the right to do it. You never asked to be born into up to 100+ years of potential suffering.

It's understandable wishing to be free from this cruel and horrific world. I hope that when the time is right for you to leave, you find the freedom that you wish for.
