I feel so helpless I feel like every east method is so out of reach for me, I really wanted to do an exit bag but everytime I try looking on how to make one I don't understand any of it I feel so dumb and I just want something quick and with no thought behind it, and Ive tried hanging but I have no where to do that near me, Idk what to do I just want to leave everything is taking to much time

I understand that it's so dreadful feeling trapped in this existence, I really wish it's not so unnecessarily difficult to die on our own terms, to me it's extreme cruelty how we cannot choose to just easily die in a peaceful way.
