I dread going to work tomorrow after last night

Last night went out with colleagues from work for alcoholic drinks. All seemed good though in the end I just had that much to drink I supposedly told a colleague I'm off to Catch The Bus and went to a train station where I rang a few people told them a forever goodbye and got on the next train and went on my way and got off stood by platform edge and transport police come and just give me a crisis line phone number and let me go on my way.

I just feel terrible now and wonder what will be said at work tomorrow when I go back, I really hope I won't get sacked or something.

Say you had a blackout through drink and don't remember anything about the episode ? Chances are the majority are going to be hoping desperately you don't raise the subject.

Blame it on getting wasted! Lie you're a bad drinker or something, or there was some medication (painkillers, stomach medication, flu, etc) and it could've messed you up after you drank alcohol and you just didn't know. People will be concerned, of course, but as long as you'll "play your cards right", joke about it and/or apologize for weird behavior, and act as if nothing happened, they'll let it go pretty quickly

If you are doing your job well and they fire you because you are suicidal , they are immoral psychopaths .

If your friends or family dump you because you are suicidal then you were never friends to begin with and those family members are simply strangers with a common ancestor, nothing more. Good riddance.

I hope that if possible you don't suffer too much and I wish you the best, of course to me it's always such a terrible idea being so open about plans to die in this anti suicide society where most people refuse to accept the right to die.
