Please help me I had a really intense EMDR session today and now every time I close my eyes I have a flashback. I feel like dying and cutting myself and I'm so scared and I'm super tired but I can't go to bed even though I have to get up early tomorrow because then I feel like I'll die

Please help I don't know what to do
