I want to try to keep on with life, but I need a sure "plan B" in case something goes wrong in my life. I want to move out and rent a place and I've been searching for studio flats that would have some kind of point of attachment at good height so I could go with "full" method. But there are not many. If partial is all I would be left with, I am afraid this is not going to work. You have to have much more determination to fight SI when doing partial, than when doing a 'full' method. Or maybe I'm overthinking this and even a heater attached to a wall would be enough for partial? Something like this https://media.istockphoto.com/photos/wall-heater-picture-id885154810
I don't know. I start a new job soon. I want to move out. I want to try to keep fighting, but I just HAVE TO have some plan B just in case. 'Full' method would be the best I think. There are also some forests in area, but this is also risky because someone can find you. Oh ffs I don't know what to do.

partial is less painful because you do not cut off the air supply - but it is more difficult to implement.

You can intervene unconsciously even if you no longer notice it.
