  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I want to improve my life, and I do want to get better, I just don't believe that can happen. I've tried and I've tried so many different things but I'm still depressed and suicidal, just too cowardly to actually do it.

It's also really damn difficult sometimes.

I practiced for years and thought it wasn't working. And it was only at some point that I saw progress and noticed that practicing beforehand had also improved something.

But yes, it is very hard. I understand everyone who no longer has the strength to carry on. But if you still have strength, keep going! I know many people in real life who have actually made it.

One day I imagined that I would go to a really nice and competent doctor. Then I slipped into the role of the doctor and pretended to look at myself from the outside, as a patient. And then I wrote down everything that I would prescribe for this patient as a competent and holistic doctor.

All the best to you!

Might not be the best advice to be honest but...

Life can sometimes change 180 degrees without warning.

"Waiting for it to magically disappear, although not very realistic... It's still possible".

At least that's what I say to myself.

That's all very well, but I have a bus to catch.

Baby steps, habit building and momentum.

For days/weeks/months it'll seem useless and no noticeable improvement. Then all of a sudden all those things add up and you are in a completely different life. Dream big, but break it down into small doable things. At some point it will be automatic.
