I mean, I just feel bad. Nothing bad needs to happend. Any advice/thoughts on why this is happening? I am diagnosed with depression and eating disorder so idk anymore

I mean, feeling bad without a cause is a textbook symptom of depression and I'm sure that the eating disorder isn't helping. Have you been through something traumatic recently or in your childhood? Maybe you are hypervigilant as some kind of coping mechanism that is currently doing you more harm than good.

As someone with both its probably just the daily dissatisfaction. For me, it doesn't matter how good or bad things get, I'll always have a body and I'll always have to eat. And those things never end up alright. Every single day I mess those up in every way possible.Similar threads
