I have lots of medicines such as salbutamol sulfate, beclomethasone dipropionate, caffeine anhydrous, guaifenesin, ibuprofen, paracetamol, hyoscine butylbromide, ranitidine hydrochloride and a few others. What's my best chance of death combined with a jump off of a bridge onto a motorway? I need advice immediately.

ODing on meds isn't reliable. Jumping off onto a feeeway could cause an accident potentially killing others, also if you survive, you'd be in legal trouble

If OP committed a serious crime, I doubt they care about legal trouble. Sounds like they're already in heaps of trouble.

I would personally try hanging if it's a desperate situation. I am unsure of the lethality of the substances you possess.Don't be too impulsive here, my friend. It might not be as bad as you think. I don't know what you did, but I am sure there are better ways to deal with this!Consider not doing it unless you can get an overdose of something reliable combined with access to a tall cliff or something like that. Or access to firarms.
