I can't take it anymore

I dont feel anything anymore. I'm so numb, just considering any method i can use to ctb. I'm so tired mentally

I can relate so much to your post, as after getting laid off after 29.5 years I felt the same way. BUT, then so many fine folks on here helped me feel better and I know 100% that you are a kind, caring and worthwhile soul.

The weekend is upon us and take time to relax let the warm sunshine on you and bask in the knowledge that I care about you a lot, want the best for you and you are a good friend with so much to give and get from this site and life.

This is depression, you feel like a zombie, weak, depressed. You can't even think, and you can't cry. But therapy and antidepressants help me, after a while I can already think and again plan how best to die. Are you taking antidepressants?

If they are not working, let your therapist know. Feeling numb is a sign of depression

So sorry you are feeling this way. Definitely would advise you to speak to a therapist or doctor. The antidepressants you may be on are probably not best suited for you or if you are not taking them regularly that could be a cause too. I know it's tough to take medication but if we don't stick to them properly they won't work so well. Is there anything going on in your life that is causing you to feel this way?
