I've been through the most harrowing experience of my life the last 2 or so years. I've been left broken spiritually, emotionally and financially. I've had to stay at my mother's house while I try to sort my life baci out. I've had a hard time getting back to work due to severe depression and more than likely ptsd from what I've been through. I see a trauma counselor and he's the only one who really understands.

My sister shows up today and starts talking about how I've got 2 weeks to get out. She followed me around and slammed a door shut while I was trying to walk through it. She said something about destruction of private property. Excuse me what??? I have no words.

My own goddamn family is more toxic than that woman was. Honestly it makes sense why I thought being treated like trash was normal. It's how I was raised.

I have no support system. I had started to feel better lately and bang! Like clockwork I get gut punched. I just can't anymore.

I'm so sorry to hear about your situation brother. To be feeling broken on all levels is awful.
It is good that you have what you see as a good counsellor, I hope that this pathway shines some light for you.
If you're living with you mom why is you sister telling you to leave? Would a mature discussion with all of you help resolve this?
Is your sister in the habit of treating you this way or is she having a bad day and venting it on you?
I relate to the gut punch feeling (as I'm sure will others, it's like we get it daily), don't let that detract from the fact you suggested things were getting better.
I hope this situation is temporary brother and just a hurdle in the road (easy for me to say I know).
Wishing you peace and kindness my brother.

This is pretty normal. Mom, sister and brother all work in concert together. Brother was over a few days ago and called me a fuckin' retard for whatever reason. I guess being a part-time pizza delivery guy at 47 years old and living off Mom entitles him to call me names.

I was feeling better emotionally. I'd established boundaries with my nex and I had started to make plans for where I'm going. My "family" has a knack for sucking the energy out of me. I hate sounding pitiful but I'm definitely the black sheep. Nothing is ever good enough. Exactly how that woman treated me.
