I can't stop thinking about how terrible life is. Its always on my mind

As soon as I wake up I dwell about how terrible life is
When I try to do positive distractions like exercising at the gym I still think about how pointless life is
When I'm eating food i think how bad life is
At work I constantly think life sucks
I can't even enjoy movies because of these constant automatic intrusive thoughts
Meditation doesn't help either
Thoughts of how bad life is plagues my mind 24 7

Same I just think about death and intrusive thoughts no matter what I'm doing

Same, But i always think about people that are in worse condition than me or starvation and i live through the days..
It makes you a little thankful
