Yes. Is not any controlled substance list. It's technically an anti-depressent, but everyone says it helps them sleep better. If you tell your doctor that you're depressed and having trouble sleeping and specifically ask for Mirtazipine, they may give it to you. It may be available from Indian pharmas with non script.

I have a similar problem. I can absolutely not relax, let go. 24/7 on high-tension. Its so horrible. I do take meds, Quetiapine, and if I m lucky, I fall asleep. But it is not guaranteed. If I can sleep or not seems like Russian roulette, I can be active in the day, take benzos, shut down the blue light early, meditate, exercise... there is nothing that helps with a 100% certainty.

I keep waking up at 4am when I do sleep. It's awful.

저도 비슷한 문제가 있습니다. 긴장을 풀 수가 없어요. 긴장을 풀 수가 없어요. 24시간 연중무휴로. 너무 끔찍합니다. 케티아핀, 약을 먹고 운이 좋으면 잠이 들어요. 하지만 그것은 보장되지 않습니다. 잠을 잘 수 있거나 러시아 룰렛처럼 보이지 않으면 낮에 활동할 수 있고, 벤조를 복용하고, 블루라이트를 일찍 닫고, 명상하고, 운동할 수 있습니다. 100% 확실성에 도움이 되는 것은 없습니다.

저는 그 고통을 잘 알고 있습니다. 우리나라는 강력한 수면제도 처방할 수 없기 때문에 지옥입니다.

새벽 4시에 잠이 자꾸 깨요. 끔찍합니다.
