I can't get him out of my head.

I can't get him out of my head. He hurt me and I keep thinking what he did to me .I need help to keep it off my mind. I also have found myself writing a suicide note during the night where I don't remember what happened.

I'm going through the same and it's pretty bad, I have become completely dysfunctional and incapable of doing even the most simplest of tasks. I've been coping by sleeping away my days and telling myself that it'll all be over soon when I ctb.
