I prefer not to define worth by what some arbitrary person wants in exchange for their companionship. Even if the entire world agreed I wouldn't be a good partner, I think it would be too soon to call myself useless. To me, the number of opinions doesn't matter as much as whether or not the opinions make sense. So no matter how much the loneliness might hurt, try not to think that whatever others think of you is the whole story.

Nothing to offer a partner? I imagine you could offer perhaps one of the following, which would be highly valued by most, like companionship, compassion, conversation, laughter, touch, warmth, hugs, love, comfort, care, assistance.... I could go on.

I do understand where you are coming from. There are many of us that feel as if loneliness will be a perpetual state of our existence.

And I hate to sound pessimistic, but it's so dangerous to talk to people about your depression. My emotionally instability has ruined my relationship. It's hanging by a thread. I feel so guilty like I'm holding him hostage.
I hope OP finds what they are looking for, but I'd recommend focusing on healing first. I know it's meaningless coming from me but it will save you and your future partner a lot of pain and stress.
