Discussion Hurting yourself to show others?

Ok so the question is - do you think showing off your suffering in form of hurting yourself or things like that to manifest your state is good or not?

I am putting things like catching attention of medical staff aside.

Just is it worth it to hurt yourself as a manifest?

No, some may interprend it wrong and sugest you "help" or even force you to get some. You could end up on a watchlist

I always saw that hurting yourself could be something as a last goodbye - would not recommend it if you are not planning to CTB because of what you said.

Personally, I would like to CTB more poetically but such things need to be carefully planned.
