On an old threat I posted, you said, "Some mix of Technocracy, Italian Futurism, Transhumanism, and Paetellian NazBol."
My apologies for the dumb question but is this a joke or do you actually like any of this?

Oh shit I forgot all about that. Yeah, I do. I like Paetelian economics and Technocratic governance. Futurist social policies are pretty interesting, and the Transhumanism is mainly to improve quality of life

Classical liberal.

Robert Nozick, Lysander Spooner, Michael Huemer, J.S. Mill, David Hume, and F.A Hayek are among my personal favorite philosophers.

Totally apolitical. Politics is one of the worst diseases on the planet. It's a business for profit unto itself, and has nothing to do with the welfare and well-being of the planet and her complement. It's a very dangerous circus.

Whatever is the right thing to do, politics is a whole system dedicated to making it as difficult as possible.

What is Paetelian economics?
TLDR: National Socialism in the actual form (Paetel started out as a member of the NSDAP, but realized they had betrayed the working class)

I'm a Contrarian, but not in a cool edgy way. More like a sad, pathetic, and frustrating way. I guess that makes me somewhere in the center.

I'm also a contrarian.
I also consider myself to be a classical liberal, as I believe in life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Maybe in today's terms many might consider me to be a centrist / moderate?

I think I'd call myself a social democrat, although idealistically I'd like to see democratic market socialism work. In practice, I almost always vote for the party with the strongest animal rights programme.

I would describe myself eloquently and with some nuance.

On this board, you are very cool and edgy. No point in being contrarian if you're going to hole yourself up in an echo chamber. That's not contrarian . . . that's just narrowing your world.

Idk my contrarianism is usually borne out of malice and spite, not some noble rebellious spirit. That's what makes me uncool.

Man, you're just making it even better. So (1) you actually take up some contrarian stances (unlike many who are just in one big echo chamber of "contrarians") and (2) you're not even doing it for some bigger cause, you're just doing it. That's rad, broseph.

(Being contrarian isn't noble lol. Being skeptical and willing to take a stand, maybe, but not plain contrarianism.)

But for the first time in my life I didn't bother to vote in the recent election. There didn't seem much point when you have no future....

Politics is all about self interest. If you make a lot of money you probably don't want to pay a lot of taxes. If you're poor, you probably want the government to help you out, to help you get more money. Everybody's after their own self interest.

Haha I actually don't like her… But I do like Anton LeVey. But I realized LeVey basically took Ayn Rand and bastardized her work and she basically took Nietzsche work and bastardized it so it's basically a third generation bastardization.
I know this is not the forum to say I don't like her.

As for my politicial views: I view Democrat and Replublican Fast Food or Taco Bell. A soft or crunchy shell taco. Same fillings, same contents, different wrapper. At the end of the day, it's money.

SS will hate me but I'm not a democrat or republican. I don't take sides in that dog fight. I'm a laissez-faire capitalist.

I don't really identify myself with either political party. And I would not register as either of them. I would vote for certain people from the parties. I think they're both pretty much equally failing right now. I vote on local issues, I think thats important.

I would say I am a political moderate. I am an independent. Albeit, my free-market views initially lead me to identify more with the Republican Party. (Though I'm probably much more to the left generally). I used to think Republicans were the lesser of two evils to some extent. Of course they still push their own personal mundane bullshit agendas but they generally, generally are less shitty on gun control issues but sometimes they're worse than democrats, they're both awful, you shouldn't vote for either one.
Third parties may have been well-intentioned in the first place but at this point they've all been corrupted from the outside.

I do feel that some form of government is needed. And I have no problem with paying some taxes to find some universal needs. I like maintaining roads, providing basic needs like some form of healthcare, general law enforcement protection from theft and violence things of that nature. But there is a limit. I don't think that laws should govern anything that doesn't hurt anyone else. Politics however it's present form is bullshit.

I do believe that humanity needs to pursue space colonization. as for limitations associated with the speed of light limiting both travel time and communications -
England governed much of the world in the days before telegraph, when ships could take a month to bring a message.
But the key is that we will carve up much of the material in space and build it into more efficient habitats. Mars alone could make more than a million Earth's worth of surface area, protected by five-meter thick walls of regolith.
Off this planet to colonize the asteroid belt does not take new physics.
Going to other stars is MUCH harder.
I don't think space colonization should be our main priority, but it should be a priority.

Roses are red, lamps attract moths. Anton Levay is just Ayn Rand for goths.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I'm a far right shitlord, I was a witness in the gamergate trial back in the day and I once made a website that got put on a list of "suspected hate sites" by the SPLC and I did activism with Karen Straughan and Lauren Southern. I know for damn sure my views aren't popular around here. Oh, and I love Donald Trump.

Nice to meet you.

Honestly, it's a shame NazBol is mainly thought of as a meme ideology. I mean, Paetelism, Strasserism (although that's not National Bolshevism) et cetera are serious political ideologies. Yet when most people think of it, they just think "le funny JrEg maymayz!!"
