• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Benzodiazipines destroyed my brain and the mental torture I still experience 9 months later doesn't look like it's going away any time soon. I don't want to "wait" years and years like people promise that it will get better.

I don't want to die but I can't live like this another second of the day. I have racing intrusive thoughts and suicidal ideation 24/7. My mind loops and loops about the same shit over and over again. I can't distract. I feel stuck in my head like one of those Black Mirror episodes.

How would you go about CBT if you had limited access to most things. Considering I am pretty much on suicide watch.

Jumping comes to mind, as there's little physical prep involved. I myself am terrified of jumping BUT...I have considered it recently.

In the city where I live, a woman was shoplifting from Nordstrom and security spotted her. A chase ensued and she ran to one of the higher levels of the parking garage and jumped. At the same garage, a guy I went to high school with also jumped.

I am also terrified of jumping. Also, there is no high places around me. I live in the countryside.
