How to tie slipknot to horizontal metal bar?

I am thinking about chloroform inhalation followed by partial hanging but I don't know how to tie the slipknot to the horizontal bar. Is there any video shows how to do that?

If I can't do that, I am thinking about chloroform inhalation inside plastic bag.
