The peaceful pilll author says take every 8 hours 2 days before but its too complicated. What do others plan to do?

Yes, that is the anti emetic I'm pretty sure. Generally N is mixed into water or taken as a liquid, not taken in tablets. Look around a bit; there are tons of N threads.
