and it's not meant to be offensive, i'm not the one who came up with the term.
it's the encouragement to throw away your overthinking and your over-worrying and just live more mindlessly,
because those people never seem to get depressed, they just enjoy what's going on around them and they make rushed decisions.
it's obviously very hard to just throw away your core fundamental mentality/personality,
but i have been successful sometimes just throwing the dice at something and taking a gamble instead of overthinking it.
and i feel proud of myself afterwards because i've been playing it OVERLY safe all my life.
we're all gonna die anyway, so all this adult shit... fuck it.
to answer my own question from the title; i know drugs and alcohol would probably do the job, but that's not a road i'm gonna go down.
i just gotta work with myself and kinda reprogramme myself into not taking this shit planet so seriously.
