I am rather poor and have no access to metoclopramide. I would like to use a large dose of propranolol and some very pure alcohol like Everclear in combination. Thing is, I also don't drink and have therefore absolutely zero alcohol tolerance.

How do I prevent myself from vomiting if I can't get metoclopramide or any other prescription anti-emetic? Would Dramamine work?
