Help How to painlessly ctb in Canada?

I'm looking for help. I desperately want to ctb by the end of the month - I don't want to face another Christmas alone nor do I want to face the brutal fallout from the U.S. election and thr upcoming Canadian one that will make things for people like me so much worse.

I've tried researching and all options seem so hard to access in Canada. I was planning on Firearm but I have had depression for years and know my application will be denied. There's stories of SN being caught and now our postal service is on strike, and it's very hard to buy inert gas here unless you're a commercial business.

Are there any other Canadians with tips? I really need help and would appreciate any anyone can give.

I personally find it so cruel how painless, guaranteed ways to cease existing are denied, I wish there's the option to simply just cease existing in peace, I really understand just wishing to be free from it all. But anyway I wish you the best, I hope that you find the freedom from suffering you search for.

I completely agree. I'm serving no purpose at this point and every day is just suffering - my going away wouldn't affect anyone and should be that person's own choice. Thanks for your kind wishes.

Partial and full suspension are reliable options. Jumping from high enough is almost guaranteed (just don't land on your feet) but overcoming SI is harder here than other methods.

I'm so scared of the panic I might feel in the last few seconds. Does it take long for partial suspension to knock you out? I don't have anywhere high enough for full suspension in my apartment.

If done correctly you will go unconscious very quickly with partial suspension, theoretically within seconds. Testimonies on this forum have varied results but it's easy to mess up and can be difficult to overcome SI (partial is unlike full in that you can definitely back out before you black out).

i hear mixed responses about MAID, some people say it's easy to get it and others say the opposite. I don't know much about the process like if it's painful or anything because it's so controversial people are vague about info.

Unfortunately MAID doesn't include mental illness. They are looking at it for 2027 but with the Conservative that's likely to be voted in, they're planning on getting rid of MAID altogether as well as limiting alot of other rights.

I was worried about that too but IIRC the "welfare checks" only happened to people who bought from sources linked with Kenneth Law.

Seconding this, is it better to get it on the dnm? And how difficult is it to shoot up intravenously?

I've purchased twice from DMC and never had an issue. The postal strike will make it impossible to get before the end of the year unfortunately. I have meto (another component of the SN method) delayed in the mail. So I too will need to wait till the new year.
