How to open pentobarbital bottle?

I remember there was a video showing how to open the bottles, but I can't seem to find it. Anyone know?

use small nail scissors . cut inner edge of metal seal. then use small pliers to bend the seal off

. Just cut the metal and take it off and pull the rubber out of the bottle jusy like a wine bottle. Not that hard at all
