how to make sure you won't vomit after taking SN if you don't have access to any antiemetics

I soon will ingest SN. Problem I have is that I might not be able to get access to any antiemetics whatsoever. Are there any alternatives or at least something to help me not vomit for long enough until I absorb enough of SN ?

Not really. With any poison, your body will vomit it up unless you stop it. The SN mega-thread discusses some alternatives to classic anti-emetics (dopamine antagonist anti psychotics) but without an antiemetic, taking SN has a high chance of failure

Where is this coming from? High chance of failure comes from getting found. Plenty of people who take SN without ae still succeed.
