Recently someone near my neighborhood killed themselves. I noticed people recording outside, I saw some videos and it seemed like there were a lot of people crowding around the person's house and it was even getting talked about on social media. I would really hate for this to happen when I CTB. I know when I die it kinda won't matter what happens after but it's something I care about a lot and I can't CTB in peace when it's on my mind.

It seems like they had trouble retrieving the body, and it's been there for days, maybe that's a factor? Because they were crowding it for a while, even at night.

Any ideas?

Unless it's hard to identify and clean, body retrieving should be quick and easy. Some protect the scene to figure out what happened, but if it's shown clearly, shouldn't take long to investigate. I guess it's best when family is nearby to confirm and collect.
