I went to the gym today and couldn't finish the workout, my mind was constantly like "I'm so tired, I can't do this this is unberable, I'm starving" and I've no idea whether I'm just overreacting and should have pushed through. Todays is so weird, I've spent it all on my phone. I love doing hard things and getting tired but why tf does it so long to recover. Idk whether I should just rest and the world will start to look a bit more positive or is it just old habits and brain pathways and I should push through them. Ignore them till they go away

Taking a break is a good way to see if it is laziness or being tired. laziness often will persist. Also it may just be being bored with the same exercise routine. If you were to lake long walks instead of going to the gym for a week or so, it might break things up a bit.

if your mind and body are asking for rest, sleep
you can also get a medical checkup to see if you are lacking vitamins.
