does anyone know where I can get SN with a purity rate of 90~% in germany? also is there any way to test the purity rate of SN?

Have a look at the SN Bible and look across SN threads in the forum. There are many hints and clues as where and how to get it. We are not allowed to name sources openly.
I don't think they sell SN to private persons in Germany - I haven't found nor heard of someone (could be wrong ofc).

There are sellers in Germany and out of eastern europe. SN is easy to find. What is even easier to find than SN is the potassium salt. It is still sold on amazon.

It depends but Chinese, Taiwanese, Polish, Ukrainian, and Switzerland exporters, if not Germany. Other than that, I won't say others, but recently found an American brand

It's hard to find for smaller amounts and as far as I know they don't sell it to private people. Been searching for the longest time myself. Also from Germany.
