How to know if m30 contains fent?

Is there a fent test somewhere? Or should I just try one and see how I feel ?

Don't try one to see how you feel. If there is some fent laced in, you don't know how much. Could be enough, maybe not enough. Testing, as mentioned above, is the best method. If you take one and its not quite enough to ctb and you're discovered/revived;
1. You'll be put in a psych ward
2. Your stash may be found/confiscated

Is there a risk of brain damage if revived ?

To be honest, I don't know. But since it's respiratory depression that ends up killing you, cutting the supply of oxygen to the brain would do that but tons of people get revived from opiate ods without brain damage. I would need to research more into it myself.
