So the good/bad news... after making a real last ditch effort at life it just continues... so I'm ready to try again...
Is there something I can do to ensure that no next of kin is contacted. Like hust disposal of my corpse and move on.
I have my partner and I am going to ask him to not say anything or contact anyone.
The thing is my family has been the main cause of my trauma and I know they are going to paint this picture like I was mentally unwell and get sympathy for the thing they caused and they ignored.
