Correction on the survive 300 free fall, that person whom is a rock climber didn't survive a free fall, that person tumble. Meaning she slip from a rock that 300 feet high below, and she bounce down the slope of the rock, then bounce again. So no, that not free fall. Free fall is when you go straight down, like when you jump from a skyscraper.
Here the research of the fall.
[[ The climbing distance was defined by the climbing rope which had been fixed at a defined length. The girl took the lead on the third pitch, to a total height of 300 feet (ca. 90 m). After securing the anchor at that height, the rope - which was lacking a security knot - slid through her harness. She then fell a total of 300 feet, with a first impact at 200 feet onto a flat rock surface, and a further fall for about 100 feet. ]]
yeah, No. Feel 100 ft then tumble down to another 100 feet then another 100 feet. That no free fall, LOL Free fall mean you go straight down the bottom with NOTHING stoping you.
Her fall was like this pic. That ain't free fall shit.
Anywho, OP. I wouldn't even jump unless the building is at skyscraper high of 2,000 feet.
I rather go find a bridge of 2,000 feet to jump.
Anything lower than that height I won't jump. You need to reach terminal velocity of 200km/hr in order to ensure death. And trust me, you want to be dead when it comes to jumping, unless you want to be paralyze for the remaining of your life.
