Hello,
I want to jump out of the 8th floor and i know that in order for it to be effective ive got to jump with my head first.
I thought about many ways and with each one i will either hurt my abdomen or my legs first.
There is no way to stay stable on the edge of the porch.. what do i do?

I wish I could help. I've been considering jumping myself and have no idea how to do it with your head first. Currently also looking into OD by heroin or similar drugs, maybe you should look into that too?

I fear it may not be high enough, even if you try to head first.

There is no way to control your body position at the moment of collision - it is too unpredictable, and the time of falling is too short (about 2 seconds from the 8th floor). Even those who train to control their body position during free fall, fail sometimes - I talk about high-divers:

I survived a jumping attempt from the 5th floor (broken arms, spinal and kidneys contusion - fell on a soft surface; month in a hospital), and I wouldn't advise this method anybody, unless you have access to a really high building (recommended 100 meters high).
Currently also looking into OD by heroin or similar drugs
Heard that drugged or drunken victims of accidental falling have more chances to survive.

Why the 8th floor? Can't you find a higher place to jump from?

I've read that it's best to jump from at least 10 stories, but then again some people have died jumping from 8 stories or less. Landing head first on concrete is your best bet (and an instant death) but then again you could end up surviving with permanent brain damage. I think to gain more velocity (I think the speed from which you fall is as important as the height) it would be a good idea to run as fast as possible and then jump, but since you're jumping from a ledge instead of a window this really isn't an option.

Like others said, it is really difficult to get your body to go into the orientation of head first. Keep in mind you are also fighting your body's inherent SI, which makes it even more difficult. Therefore, if you are jumping, I would just recommend finding a higher place to jump from to ensure the chances of success. Also, if the surface is water, you will need even more height than a solid surface.
