Hello. There's a resource compilation in the suicide forum portion of this website. It shows you all of the basics, as well as many people commenting on that thread with information on it. I will warn you that you don't want to be found early with hanging. Unlike sn, there is a high risk of permanent damage if you're found early. Take this into consideration when thinking on a method.
