You need a solid place to attach the rope.
You need a chair or ladder to reach it.
You need a good rope, length and strength.
Check the threads for ideas. Ask questions.

If its in your own home idk if I'd reccomend full hanging because there arent many things that can hold your whole weight (unless its like a support beam or built in hanger rack like in a closet.) id probably reccomend partial instead, takes up a lot less space and you dont need to use ALL your weight
