How do you hang yourself in a hotel room?

look up Chris Cornell's death. he strapped an exercise band around a bathroom door. handle of the band on the door knob and up over the top of the door with it shut, might be safer sturdy-wise if you're really thin like he was, but it seems like it would hold. I'm sure you could use anything long/sturdy enough as well , doesn't have to be an exercise band... I won't lie though I went and bought one when the info came out lol .-.

I don't understand the exercise band. Did he just wrap it around his neck and put the band over the doorknob? I don't understand how this can kill you

I think, you must have the luck and find some good support. Maybe the better place is a forest. Trees have many good supports. If you prefer a hotel, you can use some solid screw with a hook into the roof. It is possible instal it into a wood by hands very silently.

It's pretty simple, he strangled himself. People use a belt or any strong rope etc

ive done this before with a towel. I logged mine between the bathroom door and hung myself. you will need a long towel.
