Help How to hang myself with a shirt?

Really need help guys. I want to hang myself in my room with supplies which are easy to get in the house. Any methods or how tos of how to hang your self with a shirt (tied together/hung over a door) would be greatly appreciated if you could share here.

I think you would need a very large shirt to do that. Maybe try shoe laces because they are pretty long

There are quite a few threads on this. Try searching up "megathread" or "Hanging" and see if there's that. You may be able to do Night Night method with a shirt/socks though, you may wish to look for the megathread around here for that. Have all your options available.
