How to get sleeping pills in the UK?

Hey all.

I've thought long and hard about this and I reckon OD on sleeping pills is the best way to go (aided by alcohol); not least because if I do get found I'm unlikely to have brain damage.

Only problem is I'm a bit stuck on how to get my hands on enough to kill myself.

I know I could ask my local 'pharmacist' but I'm not sure I could be certain of either the quality nor the number. He could also start asking questions. I know also that I could eventually beg them off of my GP, but the mere thought of making all that effort is enough to kill any vigour left in me.

There is still a third option; order them from a shady website. Thus I wonder if any of you can recommend me to any sites.

SN if you want to die by ingesting something - it knocks you out pretty quickly and there's no evidence of (if people fail) them having any brain damage.
Also, all sleeping tablets (the kind you're asking about) are POM (prescription only medication) in the UK and they're REALLY unlikely to give you anywhere near enough to kill you.

The movies might potray sleeping tablets as a peaceful way but they are anything but. What would most likely happen is you'd sleep and sleep then wake up in agony. I reccommend what Defenestrator says- SN seems to be one of the easiest and most peaceful ways to go.

I wouldn't recommend it, it's painful and ineffective.
Overdosing on prescription meds has a lethality of 12.3%, making it one of the least effective methods.

If by sleeping pills you mean antihistamines that would be a painful death. If you do it by zolpidem or something similar, you would need a truckload but it could give you a peaceful death, albeit not necessarily reliable.

my method is Amitryptiline. There is a cocktail recipe on SS. I have all the ingredients now, I just am still trying other treatments for depression. Amitryptiline can be found on the clearnet. Please like this post, then I'll delete it, as I don't want anyone getting rid of the sources for this method.

It is a slow method, but with Benzos meant to be pain-free. You also need an anti-emetic.
the other option is heroin/fentanyl. That is a pain-free method.

Diazepam (valium is the brand name that's unavailable here) is extremely hard to get a script for here in the UK... they give it in the short term for people who are extremely anxious (the 2mg tabs) but even then it's in small quantities and for no longer than 2 weeks as it's highly addictive. Good luck getting any at all though.

Yes i am in the uk too lol ! You are spot on about the docs aswell. 2mg for a couple of weeks, p,us the privelidge of payi g 9 pounds on prescription. Ive have/ have had alcohol issues and argued with docs diazepam works on gaba just like alcohol and a decent dose of it would be better for my health than 8 pints, but still they are so reluctant to prescribe as you build tokerance and get addicted. But the same occurs with alcohol.
Ive found a uk source for them now and ordered a few times so im happier.

The amitryptiline cocktail method is somewhere posted on this forum. It used to be on a wiki, but it got taken down, I guess as someone succeeded using it. So now you can find it on this forum. It is particular benzos you need - 1 type that puts you out instantly, and the other type that puts you out for a long time - because this method takes a day or two, so you need the benzos to put you out, so it is (hopefully) pain free. I can't remember which benzos they are - but I did manage to source them, but from a contact I met at random, not from online. The benzos are harder to get than the amitryptiline in my experience. However, I did buy my Amitryptiline online and how do I know it's real?

My depression is back again, and right now I am thinking I'd rather use carbon monoxide or maybe cyanide - but the amitryptiline method is painless best of my knowledge.
I would probably combine the benzos with carbon monoxide for me.

Be glad you didn't get dependent on them before the guidelines changed, I'm on about 30mg /daily which they cut off in 2014. I've been buying from dnms for years now

I think the longest benzo would be clonazepam(K-pins) or diazepam(valium), shortest probably alprazolam (xanax) or zolpidem but that's too short (1.5hr half life)
