After so much isolation and thinking it feels like I achieved nirvana. I think my parents and teachers gave me a naive and skewed view of the world and sheltered me. Or maybe they just learned to never question it specifically. They also were all predominantly white and i am mixed race.
1. I realized that depression is inherent to most people on the planet. The industrial revolution has created something that strays away from small communities in nature - which is how humans are meant to live. Small communities in nature give people a normal "power process", which just means there is no massive inequality and most everyone has a chance to excel in whatever they do (and get respect for it).
2. Genetics control so much more of your life than people admit. Race, sex/gender, even personality is all genetic. Realizing that so much of the most defining things in your life are out of your control gives a sense of identity and self. Blackpill ideology is freedom. You got rejected by a girl? It was basically your genetics. That person doesn't want to be your friend? It was mostly genetics. Everything can mostly be traced to genetic factors.
3. Christianity (and other religion) has teachings that suffering is unavoidable. A normal person's life is majority suffering and miniscule, transient happiness. Even the elite will suffer in the system. In the system you will find more often than not your brain doesn't want to release dopamine because you are doing something boring. Boredom and suffering are unavoidable, permanent, and make up a majority of an average person's existence.
4. A correct way to function in this society is stoicism. Accept all suffering as natural. Yes, you are a cog in a machine. You are forced into it. Accept it. You are insignificant. Just do your task and try to help the big machine. Sacrifice everything, including your happiness and hedonism. You have trouble making friends? It was your destiny. Accept it.
5. Suicide is always there. If you are not willing to accept life as the extreme, unreasonable, unending suffering that it objectively is you always do have a choice. Peacefully? That is a privilege.
TL;DR: Life is inherently suffering for a majority of people in the world except the extraordinarily privileged. Enjoy the suffering or leave. Genetics are more important than what you can control oftentimes. Accept it or leave.
