Every time I hang myself, I stand up midway because the feeling of pressure on my neck is unbearable. It's like I'm hanging upside down and all of the blood is rushing into my head X 1000. I've looked at myself in the mirror while hanging partially/immediately after and my face was bright red/purple within seconds of pressing the (carotid?) artery. It's a very uncomfortable feeling, and it's hard to get past that and let yourself pass out. Who has done this successfully? How did you do it? I've never hung myself full suspension, just partial suspension from doorknobs mostly. The lightheaded feeling always makes me stand up and I realize it's not due to fear of death, but inability to persist past that uncomfortable feeling. HOW does one do this. Please, if anyone has any insight, let me know.
On another note, would full suspension be a better option for me? It would prevent pussying out granted I get the courage to jump off the ledge and hang. But I worry about that method because if something goes wrong i could end up strangling to death while conscious for 2+ minutes as I suffocate slowly as my airway is compressed...ouch.
