Help How to find the carotid artery?

Sometimes I feel a heart beat and sometimes I don't.
Also why does my head feel like it's going to explode?

Lots of people have trouble with that. Have you read the thread called "how to hang yourself" or the one about the "night-night method"? They both explain how to locate the carotids. You can find them in the "List of Resources".
