Playing some music. Add a "Do not disturb, sleeping" to the door knob. Change the door knob/handle for one with a lock inside, glue the inside of the small hole on the outside knob/handle so it can't be opened easily.

What method? It depends; poisoning needs a lot more time than shooting yourself in the head.

Do it somewhere where you're alone, like on an unused railway, abandoned building, middle of a secluded forest or green space, like that

Yeah. Maybe half an hour if they assume it's out of order or something. Wouldn't recommend it though. There are better ways
