Last Saturday, I attempted by tying both ends of a rope to a stick, putting the loop over my head, and twisting the stick so the rope tightened around my neck. I got this idea from a study I read years ago. I got freaked out and stopped when my capillaries started popping and my nose started bleeding. The jaw pain was also awful. If I had continued, would I have ctb? I may want to try again, this time without stopping because I'll know what to expect.I should also add that the possibility of brain damage is not a deterrent for me. (Not explaining why)

I don't know much about that but, I do know that your freak out was a survival response. It isn't imposable to get over it but, it will be hard to do so. Try to stay motivated about reaching the end.
