Help How to die slowly but surely?

I know I sound insane, I hope that this question makes sense... but how can I slowly poison myself over a period of days, weeks even but this could all lead to certain death? It's not the suffering that I fear, it's just the SI that always seems to make me shake, and make me abort. To be honest, I don't know how to do this but I hope that whatever I do, it is gradual and I don't "see it coming". I think asking for suggestions is against the rules, not sure but if it is, feel free to pm, I really would like help figuring this thing out.

Smoking is something I was going to start, since I have asthma anyway. Need to look up what n means, I learned about sn by reading the resources page, seems like it takes hours to work. Definitely an option if I can find it and have it shipped to where I live.

This will not be the answer that anyone on this forum is hunting for, but it technically fulfills the conditions, but living is a sure way of dying gradually. In theory, the oxidative damage that comes about from the simple act of breathing should contribute to the deterioration of the body. The idea of drawing out the process -- even if the intention is to ultimately die within a few days to a couple of weeks -- is even more anxiety provoking, at least I think so. Having so much time to sit with my thoughts and realise that I am slowly killing myself might be too much. It doesn't seem all that peaceful if I'm being honest.

Eat Poutine 3 times a day everyday. I'm pretty sure a single ''challenge'' size poutine from a random small potato shack can kill any foreigner before they're halfway through.

Dying from lung cancer or liver cancer is too long and painful. I'd rather use cyanide.

I had an uncle who got cancer due to alcoholism. In his last days, he was in so much pain that he had use multiple morphine doses a day and still the pain didn't go away.

There is a simple answer to this: You can't. It's just another maladaptive coping fantasy. It is 100% that and 0% anything else.

It's been asked a million times, because a large part of this forum consists of impossible daydreams.

If there was a way you could do this, it would be common knowledge.

It's just another morbid daydream.

Starvation sounds like the only method that will do this. But it is not a pretty way to go. The movie hunger with Michael Fassbender shows you that. It was based on a true story and it took the real man(bobby sands) 66 days to die.
