I NEED TO CTB RIGHT NOW! SOMEONE SEND WAYS WITHOUT TOO MUCH PAIN QUICK AND EFFECTIVE, NO GUNS INVOLVED (in canada dont have one) HELP!

Right now? I mean, a bunch of methods required preparation and some sort of "making one's mind up". Painless, quick and effective methods wouldn't be that fast to gather, I believe.

I have thought about this for awhile, was in rehab noting has gotten better, parents weren't home felt it was a good time. Genuinely hate life and feel ready to pass on
