I breath nitrogen with nrb mask i take full inhale and exhale normal in mask only effect i get shake and letle head light and heart beat but not get unconscu any problem

I don't know if that mask will work.

The most common equipment used for the inert gas method are the plastic bag, EEBD/rescue hood, or SCBA mask.
