I'm just looking for advice on how to act around family leading up to my ctb date.

I live with them so it's unavoidable and something I'm concerned about because I don't want them to suspect me or interrupt my plans.

Also, how can I ensure they won't get suspicious about my SN package? They've never been the kind to snoop but my mum is used to me showing her my purchases just because I was excited.

Is there anything non-sus I could claim it to be?

Thanks.

Well, obviously I don't know your situation, but in general I think you should talk to your parents about how you are feeling. You don't have to mention that you have plans, but just that you're struggling with your mental health. They might be able to help you take steps towards recovery and avoid the need to kill yourself.

I'd say that you should act naturally. Don't exhaust yourself more than you have to by pretending to be something else.

I feel a bit uncomfortable telling someone (not knowing them, their age, etc.) how to avoid suspicion. Receiving a package at this time of year is surely fairly easy to brush off, though - say it's a Christmas present you've got them.

I live with my family too so I get it. Honestly I've just been acting like I always do but a bit happier lately because I know I'm ctbing soon. They don't know that though. They probably assume it's because my treatment is working or I'm simply having a good few weeks. Maybe tell your mom the package is a surprise or a gift so you can't show her?

My mum knows. I've told her several times over the last few years that I want to end my life, that i'm going to, that I want to travel to Switzerland for euthanasia, etc.. I don't think she actually believes I would.

She does care. I know that.

But I've tried everything I can. Meds, therapy, exercise, diet. Nothing helps.

I'm too traumatised and too autistic for the world.

I understand why you feel uncomfortable. It's ok. Thanks anyways.

I'm sorry this is something you also have to consider. I didn't imagine how exhausting and stressful planning everything would be.

i'll just act normal and it should be okay, may be a bit less depressed perhaps.

Yeah, I'll say it's a gift. Thanks!

I'm sorry this is something you have to consider too. Much like you this is a last resort. Nothing has helped me

No one told me how overwhelming it can be to plan something like this out especially when you live with other people

I wish you the best whether you choose to ctb or not 💙 Please take care
