How the F can I partial

How can I use a guitar lead for partial? don;t have any money to buy a rope even. Surely I can use a fucking guitar lead to do it, it's a pain in the ass even getting a knot tied in it. I can't fucking stand another day of living. I might be too much of a loser to even work out how to do it right. If I don't think I can do it I will just jump in front of a speeding truck after xmas like I mentioned earlier and If I don't manage to do any of it, I'm not a 'fake' just a loser weighing my sad options out.

Just be careful with the truck, I survived that... have you thought about SN? I wanted to do partial but I cannot for the life of me figure it out and it turns out I am too scared to attempt full, so I have started thinking SN might be an option...

I would have to wait till after I get some money, which is anytime after Christmas. I have considered SN but I don't know if I can get Tagamet being in the UK, it would mean having it shipped from US which could be stopped by customs I'm not sure. I guess there are other antiemetics but those are the best I heard. I am sensitive to even pharmaceuticals so I think SN would be painful. Fuck sake I hate UK for making it impossible to get a gun.

Tagamet is not an antiemetic, it's an acid regulator. I'm not even sure it's 100% necessary, though it would help... As for antiemetics you can order Primperan from a greek seller on ebay, I think everyone who ordered got theirs

btw I am sorry you survived a truck that sounds very bad, I'm sure if it's doing 70mph on motorway I will not survive at all.

I don't know, how is a guitar lead solid? But do you have a leather belt? I think a belt suffices, if you don't have anything better.

I'm in the UK and atm woukd only consider either 150 quid travelling to beachy head or a 150 quid tank or argon. I'm grateful I can afford a couple of attempts at least. Sorry you're so strapped, that must be awful. Seems truck/train really is a bad idea if you can possibly help it. I was originally going to go by train but it's worth waiting just a bit, get a better method for you that won't leave anyone suffering more than already. But ofc I also hope in that time things will feel better for you, maybe you'll decide CBT isn't for you, now or ever, it doesn't matter. "Fakers" is not something most people here even consider a "thing" let alone an issue. Don't pressure yourself
